ABOUT COACHING

 

Coaching is about creating a partnership so that you, the client, can close the gap between where you are and where you want to be. As a coach, I help motivated individuals like you who are seeking to make any number of adjustments in their life from a place of authenticity. I do this through careful listening, questioning and feedback. Additionally, I provide all of my clients with the resources and accountability they need to dig deeper and broaden their vision.

When you work with me as a life coach, we enter into a coaching agreement that sets forth the terms of our relationship and details your coaching goals. We then gather by phone or in-person to engage in coaching sessions. Typically, two to three sessions a month provide a balance of self-work and contact. As we move more deeply into coaching, you will create a call to action that puts you closer to the change or development you seek, or we co-create an action plan that serves as the basis of our sessions and provides you a roadmap for achieving your desired results.
